    • SIAE (Italian Authors' and Publishers' Association) 
      This italian fee be paid by the seller.
    • LOT PAYMENT
      Payment must be made immediately after the auction and may be paid by the following means: cash, bank draft, bank current account, debit card or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Ambrosiana Arte S.r.l will address the invoice to the person registered as the winning bid. 
      - As required by Italian law, Ambrosiana Arte S.r.l can not accept single or multiple payments in cash or cash equivalents for amounts exceeding € 1.999,00.
      - As required by Italian law, Ambrosiana Arte S.r.l must ask their customers to exhibit an identity document (identity card, driving license, passport) and proof of address.
      The buyer who wants to pay by cheque is requested to make arrangements with the Administration.
      The goods purchased through cheque paymeny or bank draft, will not be delivered until the cheque is cashed.

      Ambrosiana Arte S.r.l reserves the right to verify the source of the payments received. Ambrosiana Arte S.r.l reserves the right not to accept payments received by people other than the buyer, however, required authorizations will be obtained in this regard.
    • EXHIBITION OF LOTS BEFORE THE AUCTION 
      To guarantee your safety when visiting our exhibition space, Ambrosiana Arte S.r.l. seeks to exhibit the lots for sale in such a way as not to create any danger. However, touching the lots is at your own risk. Some large and heavy objects can be dangerous if handled incorrectly. If you wish to carefully inspect an item, please request assistance from the staff of Ambrosiana Arte S.r.l who will be happy to assist you.

    • PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

      Under Article. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 June 30, 2003 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”), Ambrosiana Arte S.r.l informs the “Buyer”.
      a) “data” will be treated , by Ambrosiana Arte S.r.l by use of electronic, automated equipment and / or video recordings 1) for functional execution of its obligations, 2) for handling purposes of relationship between sellers and buyers (such as administration of the proceeds of sale, invoices, shipping), 3) for verification and evaluation of the auction sale and the risk associated with it, 4)for relevant tax evaluation, accounting procedures, legal issues and government regulations or for promotional purposes of Ambrosiana Arte S.r.l.
      b) the conferring of “personal details” is optional but a refusal to provide the same for the purposes referred to in points (a-1) to (a-4), could result in difficulty in the conclusion, execution and management of contract;
      c) “data” will be communicated also abroad to the Ambrosiana Arte S.r.l companies
      The data owner is “Ambrosiana Arte” to whom those concerned can correspond to the Information Manager, at Ambrosiana Arte S.r.l, 18 20123 Via Sant’Agnese, Milan, the rights under Art. 7 of the HYPERLINK http://D.Lgs. 196/2003 and, in particular, at any moment the confirmation of the existence of data concerning them and the purposes for which they are used can be obtained.
      They have the right to request updating, rectification, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, to block and to oppose to their treatment; the “Buyer” also agrees under Articles. 23 and 43 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 processing, communication and the transfer abroad to the terms and conditions referred to above.
